I love meditation. I started a meditation practice in 1994. It has become an almost daily part of my life. When things may feel out of balance, like we are out of control try sitting, or standing or walking. If you come to a skinnibuddha yoga class at some point there will be some meditation. There are no rules. Just observing. In Plymouth we are blessed with some quiet out of the way places we can walk or sit even in winter. If you wish to know more get in touch
