Ayurveda Consultations 

Initial Ayurvedic Consultations are excellent if you are new to Ayurveda and would like to begin an Ayurvedic lifestyle. This maybe for treatment of a current conditions, or for prevention of possible seasonal or hereditary issues. During the consultation we discuss your ailments, your medical history and aspects of your personal life. With this information your body constitution and imbalances are determined. We can then provide you details on how to rebalance yourself. We do this by advising on diet, life style and herbal applications.

Our first appointment is 60 minutes. You will need to give personal and Family Medical History, details of Daily Habits/routine and Diet, information on medical treatment you are undergoing (or have undergone).  We will have time to discuss the causes of body imbalances, and how to use ayurveda to get you back into a healthy state.  At the initial consultation, we may be able to give some general suggestions to start rebalancing your body.  To get the best outcome, we need several days to analyse your situation and put together a treatment plan (protocol).  This will be shared during a follow up consultation.

​A follow up consultation will provide you with a fully individual ayurvedic treatment plan. This happens somewhere between 1 week and 1 month depending on your condition.  You will be able to feedback what aspects of ayurveda treatments are already working. With your feedback, together with a detailed analysis of the initial consultation this is the time when we let you know what therapies including any changes or adaptations maybe needed.  It is also the time to receive any bespoke herbal treatments to be taken or administered.  During the follow up consultation we discuss the nature of following the holistic treatment and how it influences your recovery, rejuvenation and overall health.  Check out our Ayurveda Therapy treatments for possible options which may be suggested.
