Ayurveda Consultations 

Initial Ayurvedic Consultations are excellent if you are new to Ayurveda and would like to begin an Ayurvedic lifestyle. This maybe for treatment of a current conditions, or for prevention of possible seasonal or hereditary issues. During the consultation we discuss your ailments, your medical history and aspects of your personal life. With this information your body constitution and imbalances are determined. We can then provide you details on how to rebalance yourself. We do this by advising on diet, life style and herbal applications.

Our first appointment is 45-60 minutes. You will need to give personal and Family Medical History, details of Daily Habits/routine and Diet, information on medical treatment you are undergoing (or have undergone).

We will have time to discuss the causes of body imbalances, and how to use ayurveda to get you back into a healthy state.

​At the initial consultation, we are able to give some general suggestions to start rebalancing your body. A follow up consultation will provide you with a fully individual ayurvedic treatment plan. You will be able to feedback what aspects of ayurveda treatments are working. With your feedback,together with a detailed analysis of the initial consultation this is the time when we let you know what changes or adaptations in therapies maybe needed.
